St. Louis Cardinals Homestand Highlights, promotions: Fri. April 19—Sun. April 28

Back from their recent five-game road trip, the Cardinals return to Busch for their longest homestand of the season.  The nine-game homestand opens with three games against the New York Mets (April 19-21), followed by three games versus the Milwaukee Brewers (April 22-24) and concludes with a three-game series with the Cincinnati Reds (April 26-28).  The second homestand of the year is highlighted by Easter and Earth Day theme events and ten promotional giveaways.

Friday, April 19, 2019 — Cardinals vs. New York Mets (7:15 p.m.) Gates: 5:15 PM

  • Fleece Vest Giveaway: 30,000 fans, ages 16 and older, presented by Scott Credit Union.
  • Boy Band Night: With the purchase of a special Theme Ticket, fans will receive an exclusive Cardinals Boy Band t-shirt.  The Boy Band Night will perform in Budweiser Terrace from 5:30-6:45 PM.  To purchase tickets, visit cardinals.com/boyband.
  • Flashback Friday & Artifact Spotlight: Before every Friday home game, the Cardinals Museum hosts two presentations, one highlighting artifacts in the museum’s collection not currently on display at 3:00 & 3:30 PM and another featuring intimate and candid interviews with a former Cardinals player at 4 PM.  Today’s interview will be with pitcher Kyle McClellan.  To purchase museum tickets, visit cardinals.com/museum
  • Cardinals Care Stadium Auction: Auction tables will be located inside the Cardinals Club, UMB Champions Club and Redbird Club for fans and collectors to obtain specialty Cardinals items.
  • MLBPAA Auction: The MLB Players Alumni Association will conduct a silent auction by Gate 1 and Gate 3 through the fifth inning.  All proceeds will benefit Cardinals Care and the MLBPAA.

Saturday, April 20, 2019 — Cardinals vs. New York Mets (1:15 p.m.) Gates: 11:15 AM

  • Road Alternate Embroidered Jersey Giveaway: 30,000 fans, ages 16 and older.

  • “YADI” Tumbler Giveaway: 30,000 fans, ages 16 and older.
  • Cardinals Hall of Fame Induction Class Announcement: The sixth elected Cardinals Hall of Fame Induction Class will be revealed on FOX Sports Midwest during a 30-minute pregame television special at 6 PM.  A pregame ceremony will also take place to commemorate the announcement.
