    • Emmy Award Winning Host/Producer Todd Blackstock interviewed Rob Rains on his Inside Sports Show on STL TV.

    In case you are from the County or just don’t know about STL TV, it’s the local government access channel for the City of St. Louis. The channel is available on cable 992 and u-verse channel 99 in the Metropolitan St. Louis area as well as they have a YouTube Channel.

    Blackstock has been with station since 1997, having written and produced hundreds of programs for STL TV and has earned an Emmy for the “Best Sports Program Midwest” in 2003 as well as many Telly Awards for his work on Inside Sports and other show.

    He’s also the play-by-play commentator for the St. Louis Surge women’s basketball team and The St. Louis Attack indoor football team.
