There is a lot to do in the Jupiter, Florida area besides going to watch the Cardinals play at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. We’ve compiled a book called “All Roads Lead to St. Louis; A Guide to the Cardinals and their Minor League Teams” which devotes a full chapter to Jupiter, Florida. It is a travel guide inside a book about the Cardinals. We kept the price at $16, to make it affordable to all who want to read it. For information: CLICK HERE.
We’ve compiled a list of restaurants and attractions.

Some of our favorite things besides baseball:
- Pontiki inlet cruise (shown left). It was pricey ($60) but a two-hour boat ride around Jupiter Inlet with drinks included in the price. Sunset cruise was worth the price. https://www.pontiki.com/pontiki-home
- Mini Golf at Light House Cove: 1145 Main St, Jupiter, FL 33458. (561) 268-2717
- The Jupiter Lighthouse is a beautiful sight whether you visit in the day or night.
-
Loggerhead Turtle Sanctuary: Address: 14200 U.S. Hwy 1, Juno Beach, FL 33408 Phone: (561) 627-8280 It’s a fun stop and a must-see; a short stop but educational. Kids of all ages will enjoy seeing the turtles they are trying to rescue and then release after they are well.
-
Great breakfast or brunch– Juno Beach Cafe. 13967 US Highway 1, Juno Beach, FL 33408-1631 It’s open until 2 in the afternoon so if you stay at Homewood Suites you could eat their great breakfast in the morning and then go here for “lunch” they have a full menu with lunch items also.
-
The Pier– and the Beach- Juno Beach- Address: 14775 U.S. Hwy 1, Juno Beach, FL 33408
Juno Beach is the closest beach to the Homewood Suits-PBG. The Pier is above the entrance to the beach and people fish off the pier or just enjoy the sights. Go to the beach! Juno Beach is where we usually go. It’s a straight shot up Donald Ross Rd. from the Hoewood Suites Palm Beach Gardens and then a left on US Highway 1: 4775 U.S. Highway 1. Juno Beach, Florida 33408.
Where Should you Go to Dinner?
There are several good restaurants in the Donald Ross Shops area next to Homewood Suites. It’s a nice stroll and you can choose the one you like. T
Fun Restaurants on the Water
Blue Point- 1203 Town Center Dr, Jupiter, FL 33458
This is a fun, outdoor restaurant with a swimming pool in the center. Yes that’s right, you could order your food, take a swim and then eat. It’s generally for looks but we’ve seen people swimming. The parking is far from the door but they pick you up in a golf cart, so could be difficult for someone with mobility challenges.
Guanbanas- 960 N Hwy A1A, Jupiter, FL 33477
Square Grouper-1111 Love St, Jupiter, FL 33477
If the other restaurants are too crowded try the Square Grouper. It’s generally not as crowded as the family crowd can’t go there– they don’t allow children. It’s on the water and you can see the Jupiter Lighthouse from your table. There are tiki torches and thatch roofs. Great Florida Atmosphere. The “Fish and Chips” features grouper and it was delicious.
Breakfast-
Juno Beach Cafe-13967 US-1, Juno Beach, FL 33408
Hole in the Wall- but a great Florida hot spot
Dune Dogs-
Sports Bar-
Our favorite sports bar is Duffy’s. There are several locations around the Jupiter Area. Great food and lots of TVs to watch the NCAA Basketball Tournament
Before or After the Cardinals Games-
Jumby Bay- In the neighborhood across from the stadium (Abacoa) 1203 Town Center Dr #101, Jupiter, FL 33458
Stadium Grille- (Abacoa)- 1203 Town Center Dr, Jupiter, FL 33458
