53rd Anniversary of Bob Gibson’s No-hitter

Bob Gibson threw his no-hitter when he was 35 years old in a game against the Pirates with the score: St. Louis Cardinals 11-Pittsburgh Pirates 0.

He had five 20-game winning seasons, two complete games to win Game Seven of the World Series (1964 and 1967), and had won the Cy Young and MVP awards among many others– but by 1971 he had never thrown a no-hitter until Aug. 14.

There will never be another Bob Gibson and this collector’s item from Foco,is a way to remember him for you and your family for years to come.
