We believe in healthy living. For us it’s a low-carb lifestyle. Rob Rains switched to a low-carb lifestyle– no crash diet. He lost weight and after leveling out has kept 40 pounds off.

Normally we avoid bread; we make waffles or cheese muffins out of almond flour, but when we found out about the Low Carb Bread Co. and we tried their buns. Our review:  Of course they aren’t bakery flour-made buns, but they’re great.  A bit pricey- $8 for a package of six, but we love the option of having a real hamburger bun. Will be great for family barbecues.
