Mike Rains joined the staff in 2024, as promotions and content manager, after three years with Adam Wainwright’s charity Big League Impact.
He brings a great sports background from his Masters in Sports Management and fall the positions he has held over his 13 years in the sports business industry.
His work with Rawlings in their corporate office afforded him trips to New York City with key roles in the Gold Glove Awards Dinners as well as All-Star Games and other baseball events. He also worked for two minor league teams and in the front office for the Frontier League.
Mike is a huge addition as he is full of baseball knowledge and brings a fresh new perspective to STLSportsPage.com with “Rains on the Cardinals.”
Mike is one of the founding Board Members of Rainbows for Kids and coaches the summer baseball team for the children with cancer and their siblings. He is married to Lori Rains.
