The Cardinals lost their 90th game of the season on Thursday, getting shut out 3-0 by the Brewers in Milwaukee. The loss also dropped the Cardinals to a season-low 21 games under .500. They finished the road half of the season with a 36-45 record, which is actually three games better than their record at home.

The season will conclude with a three-game celebration of the career of Adam Wainwright, beginning on Friday night. Jake Woodford will get the start in the opener against the Reds tonight.
