LEADOFF QUICK HITTERS

MONDAY, MARCH 9, 2026 

Andre Pallante allowed one run over four innings on Sunday as the Cardinals and Marlins played to a 2-2 tie in Jupiter. Pallante and five relievers combined to limit the Marlins to three hits. Pedro Pages doubled in one of the runs for the Cardinals.

The Cardinals will play their only split-squad games of the spring today. Matthew Liberatore will start against the Orioles in Jupiter while Richard Fitts will start the game against the Astros in West Palm Beach.
