The Cardinals lost 4-3 to the Pirates on Saturday in Pittsburgh, extending losing streaks by both Jordan Montgomery and the Cardinals. Montgomery is 0-7 in his last 10 starts, all of which the Cardinals have lost. An error by Nolan Arenado led to three unearned runs for the Pirates.

Miles Mikolas will get the start today as the Cardinals trying to avoid being swept in the series. The game will begin at 10:35 a.m. St. Louis time and will be televised by the Peacock Network.
