
David Perron did it again.
The Blues’ forward scored his team-leading 19th goal of the season in the Blues’ 5-1 win over the Buffao Sabres on Thursday night at Enterprise Center.
The win was the seventh in a row at home for the Blues.
Alexander Steen scored his first two goals of the season, the second into an empty net, and the line combination of Steen,Robert Thomas and Tyler Bozak combined for nine points (four goals, five assists).
Perron’s power-play goal midway through the second period came after the Sabres had cut the Blues’ lead to 2-1.
The Sabres recorded just 19 shots on goal.
The Blues will host the New York Rangers on Saturday night.
