Game Report: Blues 4, Wild 1

The Blues ran their winning streak to four consecutive games with a win on Sunday night in Minnesota over the Wild.

After giving up three or more goals in 11 consecutive games, the Blues have now allowed a total of two goals during their current winning streak. Jordan Binnington made 32 saves but did see his shutout streak come to an end after 143 minutes.

The Blues got goals from Jordan Kyrou, Brayden Schenn, Oskar Sundqvist and Ivan Barbashev, with Barbashev’s goal coming when the Blues were shorthanded.

During the game it was officially announced that the Blues will be the Wild’s opponent in the NHL Winter Classic on Jan. 1, 2021 at Target Field.

The Blues will return home to host the Chicago Blackhawks on Tuesday night at Enterprise Center.
