What to do on Fourth of July 2020 in STL: Have a Lazy Day with these suggestions

Note: This article is from 2020. There is an updated Fourth of July article elsewhere on this site.

The Fourth of July doesn’t feel like it should. So many events have been cancelled and some of your traditions may not happen this year, but don’t let it get you down. There are still some things scheduled and you can make your own fun.

Even though we are in the midst of a pandemic we can still enjoy our holidays, so get out your red white and blue and celebrate with a “Lazy Day.”

Steve Haupt is a talented singer, songwriter and the owner of Rotolite of St. Louis on Hampton. He wrote a song called “Lazy Day” about life during COVID-19.

Rather than lamenting our situation, it’s a peaceful, happy song and something that is great to listen to as we approach 4th of July.
