Title Partners joins STL Sports Page Food Drive with nine drop-off points

Employees at Title Partners set up a basket to collect donations.

Title Partners Agency, the real estate title insurance and closing company headquartered in Des Peres, Missouri has joined our Food Drive for 2027. This is great news because they have nine locations throughout the greater St. Louis region, including its headquarters in Des Peres and offices in South County, Frontenac/Ladue, Chesterfield, St. Charles, O’Fallon, Troy, Washington and Warrenton.

“ We’re all really excited about the opportunity to give back to the community,” said Barb Tippett, Corporate office manager. “Title Partners works a lot with community events and taking care of our neighbors is important to us.”

“We’re only as successful as the community we live in. At Title Partners from the leadership  of our president Susan Wehrle, on down, it’s a culture of taking care of each other so we all succeed.”

Wehrle, who recently celebrated her seventh year with the company, received the Missouri Land Title Association’s 2026 Title Person of the Year.

Title Partners was founded in 2006 and  has grown into one of the region’s established providers of residential and commercial real estate closing services.

“We are so happy to have Susan Wehrle and Title Partners on board with the food drive,” said Rob Rains. “She is a strong leader and the company seems to be a spirited group of people who will help us achieve our goal.”

“I’m sure they will,” said Tippett.   “We have done food and clothing drives in the past and our clients and agents have really stepped up.

The people who work at Title Partners are very active. They have repeatedly been named one of the top places to work in St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal and they were also named several times as a top work place in the area by the Post-Dispatch.

Title Partners specializes in title insurance, real estate closings, escrow and settlement services, helping homeowners, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders and builders complete property transactions. The company researches property ownership, identifies potential liens or title problems, prepares closing documents and coordinates the transfer of property ownership

Title Partners Agency’s mission is to consistently provide their clients with the highest level of timely services to fulfill their commercial/residential real estate objectives. They understand that in order to thrive in the real estate industry, service must be their number one priority. They are organized around this concept.

“When I saw that you needed drop off locations I thought we’d be a good fit because we have nine offices and such awesome people,” said Tippett. “We’ve already got our presentation set at the corporate headquarters and we are ready to accept donations.”

With Title Partners Agency coming on board the donations that our readers and podcast listeners make will go so much further.

“Some of our locations are located in other counties, so they are able to use their donations for their local food pantries,” Tippett said. “So, really, STL Sports Page has inspired a lot of areas to collect.   So, thank you!”

If you live near one of the Title Partners office or if you have an appointment at one of them, feel free to bring  non-perishable foods and drop them off. The photo shows the donation basket at their headquarters, but each location will have a place to donate.

Some of the locations will be taking the food to their local food pantries including Washington, Warrenton, and Troy.

We appreciate Title Partners getting involved with our food drive this year.
