LEADOFF QUICK HITTERS

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29, 2026 

Nolan Gorman and Victor Scott II homered and Gorman, Alec Burleson and Jordan Walker all drove in three runs to power the Cardinals to an 11-7 win over the Pirates on Tuesday night in Pittsburgh. All of the Cardinals' starters had at least one hit to contribute to the team's season-high total of 11 runs.

Andre Pallante will get the start on Wednesday night in the third game of the four-game series.
