LEADOFF QUICK HITTERS

SATURDAY, MARCH 14, 2026

Minor-leaguer Colton Ledbetter had his second walk-off hit of the spring on Friday night, this time driving in two runs with a two-out single in the ninth inning that rallied the Cardinals to a 5-4 victory over the Astros in Jupiter. Ledbetter was acquired from Tampa in the trade that sent Brendan Donovan to the Mariners. He started in left field and also singled, walked and threw out a runner at second base.

Andre Pallante will get the start today as the Cardinals play the Mariners in Jupiter. They will be the visiting team.
