THURSDAY, JUNE 25, 2026 

The Diamondbacks scored six runs in the fourth inning off Matthew Liberatore and went on to defeat the Cardinals 9-4 on Wednesday night at Busch Stadium. Liberatore has allowed a combined 13 runs in his last two starts.

Michael McGreevy will get the start tonight in the final game of the four-game series.

The Cardinals named Bill DeWitt III chief executive officer on Wednesday, succeeding his father Bill DeWitt Jr. DeWitt Jr. will remain the team's chairman and principal owner. AS CEO, DeWitt III will now oversee both the baseball operations and business operations of the team.
