LEADOFF QUICK HITTERS

THURSDAY, MAY 28, 2026

Dustin May carried a no-hitter into the eighth inning on Wednesday in Milwaukee but ended up losing both it and the game when the Brewers rallied for two runs to beat the Cardinals 2-1 and complete a sweep of the three-game series. The Cardinals scored a combined two runs in the three games.

After a day off today, the Cardinals will open a series on Friday night at home against the Cubs.
