TUESDAY, JULY 21, 2026 

The Cardinals suffered their second consecutive walk-off loss on Monday night when the Angels scored two runs in the ninth inning to wipe out a 2-1 deficit and win the game 3-2. Riley O'Brien hit Jo Adell with the bases loaded to bring in the winning run. Kyle Leahy allowed just one run over six innings.

Matthew Liberatore will get the start tonight in the second game of the series in Anaheim.
