Jake Allen has been outstanding in road games for the Blues this season and that was the case again on Monday night in Chicago.
Allen made 38 saves in shutting out the Blackhawks to lead the Blues to their fourth consecutive win.
On the road this season Allen has gone 5-0-2 with a 2.11 goals against average.
It was Allen’s first shutout of the season and the 20th of his career.
Jaden Schwartz had a goal and an assist to lead the Blues offense.
The Blues will play the Penguins on Wednesday night in Pittsburgh.
