
On the night he was selected for his first NHL All-Star game, David Perron scored his team-leading 20th goal of the season to lead the Blues to a 5-2 win over the New York Rangers on Saturday night at Enterprise Center.
Perron won the fan voting for the final spot in the game, to be played in St. Louis, and will join teammates Alex Pietrangelo, Ryan O’Reilly and Jordan Binnington in the game.
The win was the third in a row for the Blues and their eighth consecutive victory at home.
Perron has a goal in each of the last four games. The Blues also got goals from Robert Bortuzzo, Vince Dunn, Zach Sanford and Jaden Schwartz.
The Blues will host the Anaheim Ducks on Monday night.
