Blues keep on rolling, tie record with ninth consecutive home win

The Blues just keep on rolling.

Alexander Steen, Jaden Schwartz, Ivan Barbashev and Tyler Bozak each had a goal in a 4-1 win over the Anaheim Ducks on Monday night at Enterprise Center. The win tied the franchise record for most consecutive wins at home previously accomplished in 1991.

It also was their fourth overall win in a row, and moved hthem into a tie with the Washington Capitals at the top of the NHL standings.

The Blues have lost only one game at home since Nov. 23, on Dec. 7 against Toronto.

Jake Allen stopped 20 of 21 shots to get the win while Brayden Schenn contributed two assists.

The Blues will try to set the record for most wins in a row at home on Wednesday night, when they host the Philadelphia Flyers.
