For the second game in a row, the Blues used a third-period rally to pick up another victory.
After scoring four goals in the third period to earn a win over the Blackhawks on Tuesday night, the Blues needed one goal on Thursday night to send the game against the Islanders to overtime.
There, an unassisted wraparound goal by Colton Parayko gave the Blues a 3-2 win at Enterprise Center, extending their winning streak to six games.
Vince Dunn scored the game-tying goal with just 1:44 left in regulation to send the game to overtime.
The Blues had trailed 2-1 since the end of the first period, with their lone goal to that point coming from Brayden Schenn with 55 seconds left in the first period.
The win increased the Blues lead over Colorado to five points for the top record in the Western Conference. The Blues will host the Dallas Stars on Saturday night.
