Jack Flaherty Discusses His Decision to Support Athletes Stands Against Racial Injustice

Audio by Mike Reeves

Jack Flaherty joined a media Zoom call to give his thoughts on all that has been going on in sports regarding the players opting out of games to take a stand for racial justice.  Dexter Fowler chose to sit out yesterday and since it was not Flaherty’s day to pitch he was scheduled to leave Busch Stadium after he worked out after the game.  He wanted to show his support for Fowler and the other baseball players and athletes in other sports.
