Top prospects Nolan Gorman and Matthew Liberatore head a list of 27 non-roster players invited to spring training by the Cardinals, the team announced Thursday.
The non-roster players will join the 38 players on the 40-man roster, giving the Cardinals a total of 65 players in camp. The first workout for pitchers and catchers will be Feb. 17, with the first full-squad workout scheduled for Feb. 22.
Former first-round selection Delvin Perez was one of seven non-roster infielders invited to camp.
