Pop-up isn’t a favorite for any baseball fan unless it’s a pop-up bar. A seasonal favorite in Cardinal Nation where pop-up bars are welcoming all baseball fans to sip and toast the holidays once again at what’s become some iconic libation venues.
Three Sixty at the top of the St. Louis Hilton at the Ballpark has once again rolled out its “Up On The Rooftop” popup experience. Open now and will continue through December 30, features creative crafted cocktails to sip while taking in breathtaking views of downtown and Busch Stadium.
One of the Rooftop’s perineum places to perch and imbibe is its 360-snow globe creation perched 400 feet over the St. Louis skyline with extreme holiday decor inside and great views of the glowing Gateway Arch and downtown holiday lights.

Misfit Holiday Bar is calling all misfits! From the window to the wall, City Museum has holiday cheer for all. Come explore the island of misfit toys located in the century-old cabin, once owned by the Daniel Boone family. Get a photo with the 8-foot-tall Bumble abominable snowman, along with other Instagrammable photo ops. Fill up on seasonal cocktails and roast s’mores by the fire under the mystifying skies of MonstroCity. The Misfit Holiday Bar is open November 25 through December.

The immersive experience includes themed cocktails and snacks, Christmas classics playing on the state-of-the-art sound system and wall-to-wall Christmas decor.
Dasher’s Dive Bar guests will get a welcome cocktail, served appetizers, a picture with Santa and live entertainment. The host will emcee Christmas game shows, karaoke and comedy. Dasher’s Dive Bar is open Fridays and Saturdays from November 25 through December 23. Tickets are $19.95.
Sleigh Shed Holiday Cocktail Experience at Union Station is St. Louis’ newest seasonal pop-up cocktail experience. Located inside the Train Shed restaurant at St. Louis Union Station, the pop-up Sleigh Shed is a glittering holiday destination with creative cocktails and delicious dining. It’s an experience promising a wonderland of whimsy, decorated from top to bottom with the bling and baubles of the season.
The holiday hot spot at Union Station continues through New Year’s Eve. Sleigh Shed will be open Sundays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Chalet Pop-Up Bar at Chalet Room, Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton has been transformed into a winter Chalet, styled to evoke the spirit of a European ski holiday. Just look at a sample the tasty libations they have at the Chalet Pop-Up Bar in the photo, left. With decor charming in nature with cozy luxury in mind, guests can gather under wood pergolas with group seating with fire pits and blankets, twinkle lights, heat lamps, and more. Chalet visitors can also choose to try their hand at one of the world’s most famous winter sports by renting the hotel’s temporary curling rink. The rink is available to rent by the hour for $50 and can be booked in advance.
There will be a specialty menu at The Chalet with bites available for purchase such as Baked Brie and Pork Belly Brochette, which can be enjoyed alongside warm cocktails such as Mulled Wine, Bourbon Hot Toddy and Smoked Hot Chocolate, and more. The Chalet Pop Up Bar will be open to the public every Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. In addition, Apres Ski Experience is also available for larger private events and parties. This package includes rental of the indoor Chalet, private use of the curling rink, a private bartender, plus a specialized menu
