LEADOFF QUICK HITTERS

SATURDAY, JULY 25, 2026 

The Cardinals were held to two hits and Eugenio Suarez hit a two-run homer off George Soriano that led the Reds to a 4-2 win on Friday night at Busch Stadium. One of the hits for the Cardinals was a two-run double by Blaze Jordan. Dustin May allowed one run over six innings before Suarez's homer put the Reds in front.

Andre Pallante will get the start tonight in the second game of the series.
