LEADOFF QUICK HITTERS

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 2026 

The Cardinals were held to just four hits, all singles, in a 1-0 loss to the Nationals on Tuesday in West Palm Beach. The only run of the game came in the first inning when Dustin May walked the leadoff hitter then gave up a two-out double.

There are just five games left in Florida before the Cardinals will head north. They will host the Astros today in Jupiter.
