Game Report: Blues 3, Rangers 1

The Blues made it eight consecutive wins on Tuesday night with a 3-1 victory over the Rangers in New York.

Brayden Schenn snapped a 1-1 tie midway through the third period, scoring a goal in his fifth game in a row, and Jayden Schwartz finished off the win with an empty-net goal.

Colton Parayko, who was sick before the game and was a game-time decision on whether or not he would be able to play, scored the first goal for the Blues in the second period to tie the game at 1.

The eight-game winning streak equals the longest streak by the Blues this season, who are now three points ahead of Colorado for the most points in the Western Conference.
