  * Nancy Fahey Elected to Missouri Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame

It was just announced on Thursday that former Washington University in St. Louis women’s basketball coach Nancy Fahey will inducted into the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame Sunday, Sept. 13, in Springfield, Mo. CLICK HERE

  * First-Ever Navy Esports Team Includes Local Sailor:

LT Aaron Jones of O’Fallon, IL has been tapped by America’s Navy as one of the initial 10 gamers on the Navy’s first-ever esports team, Goats & Glory. CLICK HERE

St. Louis Ambush Extend Head Coach Hewerton

The St. Louis Ambush have signed head coach Hewerton Moreira  to a five-year contract extension, the franchise announced today. Per league and team policies, no additional details were disclosed.

The extension will keep Hewerton at the helm of the team through the 2024-25 season. The recently completed 2019-20 season was Hewerton’s fourth as a head coach and his third with the Ambush.

Is it True the Schools Are Closed The Rest of the Year Missouri?

Thursday April 9th, Missouri Governor Mike Parson announced that Missouri schools will remain closed through this school year. CLICK HERE

Are the Cardinals considering coming back with MLB in May in Arizona?

Participants with Rob Rains included: STLSportsPage.com’s audio producer Mike Reeves; Brian Garner of Imperial, Mo.; Patty Wood of Washington, Mo.; Glenda and Bruce Wolfe of The Villages, Florida; Mark Miller of Fairfax Station, Va.; and Mark Burns calling in from his home in Australia. Reeves does the post-game interviews for STLSportsPage.com plus the Cardinals Rewind Show with Rains. The Wolfes run Cardinal Nation, a Cardinals fan club of more than 300 people in The Villages. County Library is Giving out Drive-thru Meals for Kids
St. Louis County Library and Operation Food Search are providing free drive-thru food pick-up for children under 18 from 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. at nine SLCL branches–  two shelf-stable breakfasts and two lunches every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Meals will be distributed in the branch parking lots.CLICK HERE
