Randi Naughton has decades of experience in the local TV and radio broadcast field as a radio host, TV news anchor, reporter and producer. Her last stint was FOX 2 in the Morning, where she co-anchored the morning news show.
She is also the voice of companies worldwide for commercials, e-learning tutorials, phone systems and corporate/medical narrations.
She retired from television news in July of 2022.
Now she has decided she has “more to say,” and started a podcast with the first episode airing this week.
Bob Costas was her first guest. They talked about everything from his career to his opinions on things and how he thinks social media has changed the sports world. She asked him how he felt social media had changed sports and he said, “by and large for the worse.”
Naughton’s long-time interviewing skills and personable disposition combine to make her podcast an interesting show.
Costas said “baseball is my favorite sport, but basketball brought me to St. Louis” adding “lucky for me to wind up in St. Louis where baseball was number one and still is.”
